Values Alignment

How am I creating an impact at Nordhealth?

Velocity to Impact

Velocity = DirectionCompleting successful migrations with customer satisfaction × SpeedUsing AI tools → Meaningful Impact

🎯

Deep End-User Understanding

Move Fast & Learn

🤖

Integrate AI into Daily Workflows

Take Ownership

🎯

Prioritize Ruthlessly

Keep Things Simple

🎯 Deep End-User Understanding

  • Localized data migration
    • Klagenfurt (Austria) and Wizoo (Canada): Localized titles using a mix of AI tools and my own language knowledge.
  • Engage with customer
    • Engaged directly with customers — e.g., contacted Town Vets to arrange remote access if there is extensive missing data after review.
  • Plans for the future
    • Ask for remote access to check the old PMS (on tool creation).

⚡ Move Fast & Learn

  • Ship quickly rather than wait for perfection + Reduce delays + Improve the quality of the data migration continuously based on feedback
    • Migrate all possible data → Inform implementation specialist ASAP so that I can get feedback ASAP.
  • Turn failures into clear lessons + Learn from mistakes
    • E.g. Sending Canadian provinces → Communication with Vilhelm → Updating the team on Slack.

🤖 Integrate AI into Daily Workflows

  • MCP connections
    • Speed up delivery extensively.
  • Notion AI
    • Search globally in Linear, Slack, and Notion itself (very fast).
  • Cursor (and Claude soon)
    • Fast debugging
    • Writing quick test scripts
    • Speed up tool conversions and refactoring from on-prem

✅ Take Ownership

  • Follow issues through until they are fully resolved
    • Encourage Implementation specialists to create sub-issues → Make sure to resolve all sub-issues.
    • Never close any task with something still remaining.
  • Stay responsible for the data migration after Go-Live.
  • When mistakes/issues happen → proactively try to fix it (communicate with the team, and ask for help).
  • Communicate clearly when something might impact timelines
    • Make sure implementation specialists know that they should provide updates, if we want to keep the same Go-Live date.
    • Constantly ask for updates from the implementation specialists.

🎯 Prioritize Ruthlessly

  • Focus on the tasks with the highest-impact → Delta
  • Avoid splitting attention across too many clinics at once.
  • Ask in times of doubt → Ask for guidance from manager on how to prioritize.

✨ Keep Things Simple

  • Avoid over-engineering.
  • Write easy-to-follow documentation → make complex processes easier for me and others.
  • Make sure AI tools don't over complicate things.
